Family Solicitor - Head of Department
Our client, a well known, long standing law firm in Bedfordshire, are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to take on the role of Head of Department.
This exciting position offers high levels of autonomy and responsiblity, with an excellent platform to develop and grow a department as you see fit.
You will assume sole immediate responsibility for a busy family department and take on varied caseload which consists of all areas of family law including divorce, financial settlements, separation, cohabitation, TOLATA, child arrangements, nuptial agreements and family injunctions. Secretarial support will be provided.
Due to the nature of the role, an experienced, ambitious and proactive Solicitor is required. Applicants with a minimum of five years PQE will be considered. No previous experience of growing or managing a departent is required.
The salary on offer is expected to be in the region of £40,000 - £60,000 p.a. plus benefits, with regular salary reviews as the department grows.
