Our client, a leading Legal 500 and Chambers UK City practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join their highly regarded Contentious Trust and Probate team.
An attractive opportunity has arisen for a competent Solicitor with experience commensurate to that of 5 to 8 years PQE to manage a diverse and stimulating caseload of private client disputes.
The ideal candidate will have experience advising on a variety of contentious matters to include 1975 Act claims, TOLATA claims, removal of executors, deeds of variation and Court of Protection issues including applications for removal of attorneys and deputies
The firm have one of the longest established private client practices in the City and act on behalf of UK and international individuals, offshore, onshore and charitable trustees, executors, personal representatives and Court of Protection Deputies.

The salary on offer will be highly competitive and is expected to be in the region of £75,000 to £90,000 and will be in addition to a competitive benefits package including a fee earner bonus scheme.
