Corporate Private Equity NQ+

Due to growth, exciting opportunities have arisen with the London office of an established international / US law firm. The corporate team is looking to hire up to 4 lawyers for positions focusing on corporate private equity. The partners are keen to speak with lawyers that have relevant private equity experience from other top tier US and UK practices. The requirements also extend to trainees who are due to qualify shortly and who can demonstrate a genuine commitment to qualifying into a private equity focused corporate team (in the absence of extensive PE experience in the training contract).

The London office is long-established with upwards of 50 lawyers and focuses on finance, cross-border M&A and private equity, as well as disputes. Team sizes are small, which gives lawyers an opportunity to gain a broad range of experience. In corporate, the private equity and M&A training is stellar with partners and senior associates committing time and attention to ensuring juniors and mid-level associates understand key legal and commercial principles.
