LAW Absolute is currently working in partnership with a multinational manufacturer in the technology industry who is seeking a maternity cover to start in March/April.
Working directly with the Head of Legal as part of a small team, the ideal candidate will be a Qualified Lawyer and have the following experience:
- Negotiating, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including sales of goods and, technology agreements
- Experience with GDPR, data protection, IP and IT licensing
Ideally, you will have had some experience working in technology and/or manufacturing, but candidates from all industries are encouraged to apply.
This role is initially for a period of 6 months, with possible extension up to 12 months.
Candidates with any exposure to JCT 2016 are preferred but this is not an essential criteria. As a guide, candidates should have 5 years PQE+ but must be able to work autonomously and be a self starter.
