The Team:
This corporate commercial team provide the highest level of strategic advice to a large portfolio of commercial organisations. The highly successful and professional team of solicitors were commended and recognised within The Times ‘Best Law Firm 2019’. Typical matters include, IT & E-commerce contracts, software development, licensing and hosting agreements, web-development agreements, data protection and advice on IPRs, assignment and licensing of intellectual property rights, franchising, outsource / consultancy / procurement agreements, joint venture and collaboration agreements, commercial contracts and trading agreements, standard terms of business and supply, agency and distribution agreements and advice on competition law.

Commercial Solicitor:
The position would suit those with an excellent academic background and training who are looking to further develop their career. You must have exceptional knowledge of commercial law, delivering legal support across a wide range of commercial matters including drafting, negotiating and interpreting contracts. A pragmatic and solution-focused approach to your work and excellent client management and matter management skills. The ability to work well with experienced professionals, within a team orientated environment is essential. You will conduct work as a lead fee earner, working on a wide range of commercial matters, providing high-quality advice representing a leading law firm.
