Solicitor/Residential Conveyancers

We are primarily looking for a senior fee earner to head residential conveyancing but also more junior staff. This position is a long term role with great prospects for the future. The individual will deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing from start to finish dealing with sales, purchases, transfers/assents, mortgages, equity release mortgages, new builds, help-to-buy, first registrations, new leases, drafting of various deeds, etc

We have cloud based systems (Case management LEAP and cloud based telephone systems) and so can offer flexible/home working. We are a friendly team and offer a progressive supportive environment.  

A senior fee earner would be expected to assist in training junior staff

Experience: all levels considered for two roles

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 + bonus/profit share scheme according to qualifications/experience

Ramsey Office: Be able to build on existing relationships with clients and improve on those.

Thetford Office: Be able to generate new work, increase numbers and build relationships with the local estate agents
