JOB TITLE: Junior Conveyancing Paralegal
LOCATION: Birmingham

THE ROLE:
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Junior Conveyancing Paralegal to join a growing and thriving conveyancing team in Birmingham. Your duties will consist of supporting fee earners with the daily duties, progressing purchases, post exchanges and completions, dealing with general enquires either over the telephone or by email and dealing with clients. You will also be required to update the case management system and assist with general secretarial duties.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will need to have experience of working within a busy conveyancing department and the ability to manage a demanding workload with minimal supervision. As the Junior Conveyancing Paralegal you will be required to have excellent organisation skills along with the capability of providing a personal and efficient service.
