Mortgages Paralegal
The Company
A financial services group with a focus on Buy to Let mortgages, starting out in Australia, focused on lending to Asian borrowers investing in new build residential property. The company has a successful mortgage portfolio built up in Australia which has triggered the recent launch of UK business.
The Role
Oversee and manage completions process, solicitors instructed on mortgages, update status, flag issues, liaise with sales team in far east on customer queries on file, and English property conveyancing process. Also, some ad hoc help needed on KYC, commercial contracts etc. Opportunity to also get involved with assisting on fundraising from banks and investors.
You
Please only apply if you have the relevant experience. 1-2 years of previous experience. Would suit a paralegal with experience of residential transactions on mortgages, in house experience ideal but not a must.
