Probate Lawyer - Solicitor or Legal Executive   

Long established law firm who are looking for an experienced Probate lawyer to join their team. The office is based in the picturesque town of Minehead. 

Due to expansion my client is seeking to appoint an additional qualified or part qualified executive to work mainly within their probate team and also deal with a range of private client work including Wills, Inheritance Tax and POA's.

You will need previous experience of working in a busy private client fee earning role whilst undertaking the majority of your own administration. You must also be able to demonstrate excellent communication, networking and client facing skills alongside experience dealing with day to day and complex cases.

Applicants who have experience of participating in the development of a department and using marketing and networking to achieve this are highly desirable and be qualified as a Solicitor or Legal Executive.

An excellent salary is on offer to the right person.
