Job Details

Conveyancing team leader required for one of West Yorkshire's largest property teams. Are you an experienced conveyancing fee earner that would relish the opportunity to take a step back from fee earning and use your knowledge and expertise to help others? Then this is the role for you.
Based in the Huddersfield office but you will be responsible for multiple sites in addition to that office, and travel maybe required to other sites from time to time.
Main Responsibilities:

1. Motivate and lead the teams of conveyancers across multiple sites, ensuring excellent service is delivered
2. Establishing a one firm approach to conveyancing work, which will unify the processes and ensure best practice
3. Creating a culture of positive customer service through use of SLA's
4. Act as a champion and driver for change, leading on programs such as the implementation of new case management system
5. Providing coaching and mentoring support to others
6. Assist with the recruitment process of new staff
7. Be an integral part of performance management
8. Providing management information
9. Help co-ordinate the annual CQS re-accreditation application
10. Ensuring the partners are made aware of any issues of potential complaints

Required skills and qualifications

1. Extensive knowledge of the residential conveyancing process and a good knowledge of the CQS Accreditation
2. Experienced in managing diverse teams of people across multiple sites
3. Experience of delivering change management
4. Proven Problem solver
5. Flexible and attachable approach to work
6. 3-6 years minimum conveyancing experience
7. An excellent organiser
