Our client is a West Yorkshire law firm which is Legal 500 rated, and which retains a strong presence in private client services despite being predominantly regarded as a 'commercial firm'.

Their Residential Conveyancing team is across two locations, and they want to bring someone in from outside to specifically take a 'team leader' role focusing on alignment of working practises, systems, and standards. You'll need to enjoy imparting best practice, and to be a champion for high standards and top class client experience. The firm will be looking to implement new IT systems and so you'll take a lead in that, and in ongoing training and recruitment. Performance management, addressing any concerns, and producing regular management data are all part of the role. What you wont have is your own caseload to run as this is a leadership function.

Suitable applicants will be experienced in Residential property, and will be familiar with QCS accreditation and have demonstrable experience of leading teams of personnel.
