Clinical Negligence Paralegal

A leading law firm with offices throughout the South West are looking to appoint a hard working Legal Secretary / Paralegal in a dual role within their Clinical Negligence department.

Your week will alternate between working in a Legal Secretary and a Paralegal capacity, Due to this split it is essential that you are organised and are able to manage your own workload.

You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties including but not limited to; diary management, contacting clients via telephone and post and general office admin. In time you may also be given opportunity to run some of your own files, under supervision.

The Medical Negligence department of this expanding law firm is recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and they provide expert advice on Clinical Negligence and Injury matters.

The successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who has ideally previously worked within Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury or some other area of Litigation.
