Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor (OUTSIDE IR35)

Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor  – Minimum of 3 months – £45 to £50 per hour OUTSIDE IR35 – West Midlands

Venn Group's specialist legal team are recruiting a Locum Adult Social Care Lawyer for a Local Authority based in the West Midlands. The team are looking for someone to carry out the role for a minimum period of 3 months on a full-time or part-time basis to assist with the growing caseloads. This role will be worked remotely in line with government guidance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice in relation to all aspects of Adult Social Care matters to include Court of Protection work, Mental Capacity issues, DOLs and will be expected to handle a caseload of work independently.

The role is offering up to £50 per hour OUTSIDE IR35 dependent upon experience.
