Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

An experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner is required to join an expanding law firm with offices throughout Wiltshire and Dorset. 

Working alongside very knowledgeable and hard working colleagues you will be required to work on Residential Conveyancing matters including but not limited to; sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages and some specialist transactions.

In addition to fee earning you will be required to play an active role in the business development activities of the firm. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of running their own files and billing well. You will be a Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years experience and happy to cover colleagues caseloads and overflow work and also manage own caseload.

Salary is competitive and in line with your level of experience and qualification
