Child Care Lawyer

We have a great opportunity for a child care specialist, either CILEx or Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is ambitious to drive their career forward.  You will be working with a team to assist you. You will be taking on a busy caseload of care files.

The Candidate

Essential criteria.

You will either have detailed knowledge of the relevant law and case law, or be developing that knowledge.

You will be a Child Panel member or intend to work towards this qualification.

You will have excellent IT skills.

You will be team player.

You will be focused on providing exceptional service and advice to your clients.

Knowledge of the legal aid rules and regulations would be helpful.

You will manage your files so that they are compliant with LEXCEL and legal aid agency regulations.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

We operate a cloud based case management system to support homeworking.

Remuneration

Very competitive salary and dependent upon experience.

Hours

This is a permanent position.
