Senior Associate - Commercial Litigation – Birmingham – 5yrs+ PQE

Highly regarded multi-site regional firm in Birmingham is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their established team.

The role will involve dealing with a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters including Partnership and Shareholder Disputes as well as corporate insolvency, breach of contract, professional negligence and other general commercial litigation matters.

Ideally, you will be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, dealing with similar matters and able to work with minimal supervision.
