Our client is a rapidly growing ABS based in Yorkshire who are looking for a Solicitor experienced in dealing with Corporate/Commercial matters to join a busy team in Birmingham.

You will ideally have at least 7 years’ experience of dealing with a Corporate / Commercial caseload.

Your responsibilities will include reviewing, drafting and negotiating all types of commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements, franchise agreements, distribution agreements, trademark registrations and IP licences. For corporate clients, you will be advising on share transfers, purchase of shares, shareholder agreements, increase in share capital and appointment and removal of directors amongst other things.
