Job Details

A Residential Conveyancer is required to join a longstanding private practice in their North Shields office. This Residential Conveyancing opportunity is open to all Residential Conveyancer's within the legal sector including Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives and those qualified through experience.

Role

-This team is headed by highly successful junior and ambitious Partner. Alongside this Partner sits three quality Residential Conveyancing lawyers with excellent technical capabilities and an abundance of experience between them.

-You will also be fully supported by a team of legal secretaries dedicated to the conveyancing department allowing you to focus on fee earning responsibilities.

-In this role you will be awarded a caseload that you are comfortable with. This is not a high-volume department where you are expected to churn out completions. Emphasis is totally put on the quality of fee earning and providing excellent client service.

-Role is a result of expansion. Like with many conveyancing departments the team is particularly busy at the moment. However, this is not a reactive piece of recruitment and our client is dedicated to finding the right Residential Conveyancer, with strong experience that will fit into the existing team.

- Although a longstanding firm, often acting for second and third generation clients, the firm has an excellent practice management system and does not shy away from technology which will help you to run your caseload.

Requirements

-You must be a strong Residential Conveyancer that is equally confident running sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, mortgage and new build matters.

-Our client is looking to hear from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Chartered Legal Executives and those qualified through experience but you must be able to run a caseload confidently and therefore have a number of years' experience running a conveyancing caseload with full autonomy.
