Candidates will need to demonstrate strong technical skills and excellent academic qualifications as well as experience within a Top 100 or City Firm such that you'll have confidence acting for large commercial clients and meeting their demanding service level requirements. Relationships with major clients are incubated from an early stage and junior lawyers are also encouraged to develop their own networks and contacts outside the firm which means they have a good level of autonomy from an early stage. The ideal candidate will fall in the NQ-5pqe range.
