A Legal 500 firm are looking for an Residential Property Solicitor with more than 5 years' PQE to work in North Surrey. The Firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have several offices across London & Surrey. They have an excellent staff retention rate and people genuinely enjoy working here. 

This is an interesting position for an ambitious Solicitor who is keen to grow their practice and progress their career. You will be responsible for managing a Residential Property caseload and mentoring junior members of the team. This is a great position for a Solicitor who is looking to take a step up into a supervisory role.

You will be competent across a full range of Residential Property matters including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgage and transfer of equity. You must be willing to manage junior members of the team to be considered for this position. Experience of acting for high net worth clients would also be advantageous. While there is already a good pipeline of instructions, it is essential that the successful candidate enjoys forging and maintaining these networks through active business development.
