Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive - Eastbourne £35000 - £50,000

A long established law firm on the East Sussex Coast based at several locations are seeking to add to their Employment team and recruit a developing Employment Solicitor to join their existing team based at the Eastbourne office. Ideally you should have a minimum of 2yrs+ PQE. 

The firm has an excellent reputation with a commercial outlook yet personal approach in providing highly effective and well regarded legal advice. Working alongside a highly regarded Partner you will benefit from their years' of expertise within the employment law sector. Therefore if you are keen to develop professionally and see your career progress this role will provide you with ample opportunity to do so.

The team deal with a broad range of work advising and representing business clients involved in employment, business protection and regulatory disputes, as well as individual partners, and senior level employees. The team also work hand in hand with the Corporate team providing support as well as non-contentious employment drafting and advice.

Excellent on-going training and support will be provided with the firm having been recognised and commended in their approach to training and the structures they have in place to ensure the potential of each individual is achieved. This position therefore will provide an ambitious Solicitor or Legal Executive with an excellent development path that could provide the potential for you to realise your longer term ambitions.
