An excellent opportunity for a qualified Personal Injury Lawyer to join the team at a very well established West Sussex practice with the role forming part of their ongoing future development plans. An experienced team with scope to develop further a more junior fee earner or equally welcome a fully developed individual keen make further progress to seniority.

A well known high street legal practice providing a full remit of legal services across the West Sussex region based across a number of locations in the county. The firm are both financially secure and looking to develop the business even further and expand a number of departments to deal with an increasing number of enquiries. The personal injury team team with a broad range of matters on behalf of the claimant including (bot not limited to) injury through road traffic accidents, accidents at work or in the public domain, defective products an accidents abroad. In addition they deal with all manner of claims as a result of medical/clinical negligence including catastrophic injury, serious brain injury and many forms of negligence having serious impact on an individuals well being and daily life activities. 

The team are keen to take on a further personal injury lawyer. With three existing and established lawyers they have an open mind to the ideal candidate. You may may well be an individual with 1-2 years' (minimum) post qualification experience who is looking to develop on your existing expertise and fully establish yourself. Alternatively you may already be fully competent and able to pick up a case load and manage with out any or very little supervision required, perhaps seeking a senior opportunity in the near future with an eye on future partnership. The key requirement for the firm is a committed individual with high levels of professionalism and a genuine desire to contribute to the growth and future prosperity of the team. 

With several locations to be based at from Worthing through to Chichester the position with easy to access central locations the firm are keen to hear from individuals already established locally or perhaps keen to relocate to the West Sussex region. Competitive rates of pay are available (the above figures are merely a guide) with the partners  happy to consider higher rates based upon existing billings and appropriate experience.
