Job Details
A successful and growing law firm in St Neots are looking to recruit an additional specialist property lawyer into their team.
The successful candidate for this particular position will be an experienced conveyancing fee earner who will be concentrating on the title checking side of the conveyancing process for this thriving team . It is essential that any applicants are able to demonstrate extensive experience of title checking and investigations in their current or previous roles in order to be considered for this role.
The salary for this role will be negotiable and based on experience but will be very competitive and as part of a good overall package
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing lawyer to progress their career in conveyancing but looking for a position whereby there will be a focus on the title chekcing/reports side of things.
This role is within a modern and forward thinking practice that continues to go from strength to strength and has ambitious plans for the future and the successful applicant will become an integral part of this friendly, supportive and successful residential property team.
