A modern, forward thinking commercial practice based in central London in looking to recruit a senior level lawyer to their disputes team.

The successful candidate for this position will be an experienced lawyer with upwards of  10 years experience in dealing with commercial disputes within a well respected commercial firm.

This firm has a first rate reputation in dealing with this type of work and work for a broad range of clients across a diverse range of sectors including large corporations, SMEs, financial services organisations and high net worth individuals and business owners.

The firm has ambitious plans for the expansion and development of their disputes team in London over the next few years. Joining the team at a senior level you will be expected to play a key part, alongside the current partners and team, in their future success. So as well as the fee earning and management side of things you will be expected to get actively involved in the business development activities of the firm as well as utilising your network and any client following to ensure that the department fulfills their ambitions.

It may well be that you have a broad range of commercial dispute experience or that you specialise in a particular niche area as the firm is open to considering both such circumstances

The firm will offer a salary that is commensurate with the experience of the individual (with any client followings taken into account) but this will be highly competitive. In addition to this they offer a comprehensive benefits package including generous bonus schemes, 30 days annual leave, private health care and much more.

This is a place lawyers can continue their career within an excellent commercial practice whilst enjoying a good work life balance in a modern type of environment. This is a firm that expects and celebrates high standards and success but who also take pride in their approach to the wellbeing of all their staff and places this at the forefront of everything they do. They promote a supportive working environment whilst also allowing for a large amount of autonomy for their lawyers. This leads to a low staff turnover and a generally positive and happy feel to the firm.
