- Negotiating/advising settlement agreements
- Employment tribunal claims
- Drafting proceedings
- Conducting litigation
- Unfair dismissal
- Restrictive covenants
- Grievance procedures
- Solicitors and barristers with two to five years’ PQE
- Experience in UK employment law is essential
- Personable with clear and concise communication skills
- IT proficient
- A team player with a flair for business development
