Job Details
One of our top tier, internationally recognised clients are expanding their commercial property team in Liverpool. There is an exciting opportunity for a commercial property solicitor with around 2+ years of real estate experience to join a thriving and developing team.
This team, work with some large scale and interesting clients across a range of sectors. Some examples of the sectors include private wealth and asset management; technology businesses; sciences. This commercial property solicitor will be able to get considerable exposure to significant and interesting projects both within the UK and internationally.
A commercial property solicitor with a good background in real estate will be ideal for this position, ideally upwards of 2PQE. The team are looking for someone who is comfortable with large-scale transactions as well as working with a varied client base. Knowledge of real estate finance would be beneficial too this is not an essential.
You will benefit from working within a large and well-known commercial firm in the legal industry. From this, you will be given ample opportunity to develop in your career as a commercial property solicitor.
