CORPORATE SOLICITOR - a rare high quality opportunity for a qualified solicitor to with experience in the corporate field to join a global, Legal 200 law firm in Nottingham CORPORATE - TOP FIRM - Nottingham
A global law firm in Nottingham are on the lookout for a Corporate Associate / Solicitor to join their leading and highly respected team
We would encourage applications from Lawyers from 1 year PQE upwards to mid Associate level. You will need to have experience of working with high-end clients at a good quality firm in corporate matters.
The work will be varied and interesting and will consist of M&A, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings, investments, refinancing and joint ventures
You should have the ability, drive and confidence to develop strong working relationships with national and global Clients as well as providing support and advice to colleagues within the firm in a thoroughly collegiate atmosphere.
You need to be a driven individual who is also a good team member and able to maintain the very high standards of this high ranking firm. There are real progression prospects and an attractive salary package on offer here as you would expect from this quality of firm.Role 42256
