Your new company
My client is a family office that manages the wealth of a family with a combined wealth of over £750 million, which was accumulated predominantly through property investments. The small in-house team are very supportive and tight-knit, offering a collaborative team culture in a relatively unique business.


Your new role
The role will cover a vast range of commercial litigation, and no day is ever the same. Working across the High Courts of England, BVI and Cayman Islands, as well as various other international jurisdictions, the role will cover a variety of non-contentious areas, with a predominant focus on Insolvency and Trust litigation.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have strong Commercial Litigation experience from private practice or in-house with a guideline of 7+ PQE,. They will also have High Court experience and experience in particular with either Trust litigation or Insolvency litigation. Representing the team to a high level, the candidate needs to be a confident and credible communicator. Off shore experience will be a great advantage.
