Commercial Solicitor - Our client, a top tier Legal 500 firm who have been advising individuals, organisations and businesses for over 50 years, has asked us to find a further Commercial Solicitor to join their award-winning, dynamic, corporate and commercial team. Based in West End Central London, this is a full-time, permanent position.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join one of London’s leading full-service West End firms. They advise a broad range of companies both locally, nationally, and internationally. The Commercial Solicitor will be managing a caseload of commercial contracts, including:

• Commodity sale & purchases
• Supply and distribution arrangements
• Construction and operation documentation
• Shareholder/consortium arrangements

With the role you will have a focus on data protection, intellectual property matters & a wide range of commercial contracts.

Candidate Requirements

They are looking for a Commercial Solicitor with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in handling a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.

You will need to have the ability to work in fast paced environment, good with marketing activities and have a proven track record.
