Our client is a successful, award-winning legal practice with offices located in North Dorset who are passionate about providing an excellent client service as well as supporting and progressing their employees to their full potential whilst providing a modern and down to earth approach. Due to an internal restructure, our client is looking for someone who is willing to travel between their offices in Gillingham, Shaftesbury and Warminster when required to cover holidays / absence / mat leave etc.
This excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer will include focussing on a variety of Residential transactions, handling a busy and varied caseload from inception to completion including:
* Sales & Purchase
* Re-mortgages
* Freehold / leasehold
* New builds
* Transfers of Equity
* Right to Buy
The successful Residential Conveyancer will have a minimum of 3 years' experience (or PQE) with a positive and professional attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. You will also have the skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Our client is also interested to hear from candidate who have management skills and experience to bring to the table, specifically experience within filing audits and compliance.
