The firm is seeking a Private Client Litigation Senior Associate to join the firm in their modern City of London office.
You'll provide a full range of contentious private client advice to an enviable client base.
The team handles all different types of contentious claims, and this role will include: 1975 Act claims, TOLATA claims, undue influence, removal of executors, deeds of variation as well as experience of dealing with Court of Protection issues (financial abuse, applications for removal of attorneys and deputies).
The private client disputes team are very busy and have had a real influx of high-quality work.
You will deal with well-known public figures and HNW individuals. There is a real demand from their client base for this service.
This role would be well suited to a candidate that may have hit a glass ceiling in terms of progression and Partnership.

- You will be a Private Client (Contentious) Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE ( those with up to 9 years qualified will be considered)
