Job Details
An excellent conveyancing opportunity has arisen at a well-established regional Law firm. Currently sought is a talented Property Executive to join their friendly team in Grimsby.
There is much scope for solid career progression within the Commercial Property team for an experienced conveyancer who is keen to learn. Whilst under the umbrella of the Commercial team you will work within an agile established new build home residential property team who work for a national client base. Within this you will support Partners and other Property fee earners as well as effectively running your own new build caseload.
Essentially you will possess outstanding communication skills both oral and written and perfectly manage client relationships. This is very much a client facing role and within this you will undertake all duties ensuring they receive an outstanding service and work to build on the existing portfolio. This opportunity is ideal for those candidates who enjoy business development and networking. In addition, as a lead fee earner with new build sales you will consistently perform a range of tasks that produce timely and exacting results to the highest standard.
