Senior Employment Solicitor

A rare and unique opportunity has arisen for a senior employment solicitor to join a firm at an exciting stage of change and expansion. This highly reputable high street law firm will provide the perfect opportunity for an employment solicitor with an aptitude for business development!

This particular office does not currently have a dedicated employment team; however, management sees a niche within this area with work already coming through the door and having to be passed over to their other offices.

This role would suit an employment solicitor who is around 7 years post qualification experience with a proven track record of winning new business. A following would be helpful but not essential, but what is essential is the ability to build relationships, both internally and with other teams, to ensure the winning of cross referral work along with developing and generating new business in the local area.

As an Employment Solicitor, although you will be stand-alone in Shrewsbury, you will work alongside a Legal 500-ranked senior Partner based in another location who has over twenty years’ experience in this field.

The firm you will be working for is innovative and forward thinking, with a fantastic reputation. Although working from home would be an option in this senior position in Shropshire, your presence would be needed in the office frequently.
