The Role:

You will join the firm's highly regarded, Legal 500 recognised IP team as a Senior Associate, based in their Manchester office.

The IP department undertakes a diverse range of high-value IP matters, including patents, trademarks, copyright registration and litigation, and reputation management. The IP department has a global reputation, and you will have a hands-on role in exciting, high-value work.

As a senior member of the team, you will mentor and oversee the junior lawyers and help them grow and progress. Despite their size, the firm isn't looking for a cog in a wheel; you will be an individual with ideas and personality who can play a pivotal role in the department's growth and direction.

Requirements:

* You will be an IP Associate with a minimum of 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
* Experience across both contentious & non-contentious Intellectual Property law
* The ability to manage a caseload of high calibre work and clients
* You will be commercially minded and have a flair for business development
