Senior Private Client Lawyer

A well respected and long-established general practice with offices in Warrington and the surrounding areas, is now recruiting a senior private client lawyer. This is a newly created position that has come about as the firm is succession planning, there is a healthy caseload to pick up and clear career progression routes.

The Firm:

This LEXCEL accredited firm has been around for a long time and offers a full range of legal services from commercial law through to private client and family. The private client team is the biggest with 6 fee earners, all good quality with a broad range of PQE.

The Role:

Key areas of work will include Wills, Probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Elderly Client issues, Trusts and Tax matters.

The Requirements:

The successful solicitor will be an expert in private client matters and will have a passion for excellent client service. Due to the nature of the role, an interest in client development and networking will be expected.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary dependent on PQE but likely to be £50,000 +
