Job Details

Our client is a highly-regarded, Chambers listed, commercial law firm based in the Thames Valley region. The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Associate Solicitor, 5-10 years PQE, to join its ever expanding team of specialist commercial lawyers. The team provide advice on all business related issues and all areas of commercial law. The team also negotiate and draft agreements for clients across a broad range of sectors including automotive, public sector, technology, media, healthcare, hospitality and many more.
 
You will be required to undertake a range of non-contentious case work on the full range of Commercial matters.

These include: 
  • Commercial Contracts
  • Sales and Distribution Agreements
  • Distribution Agreements
  • Master Goods/Services Agreements
  • Standard Terms and Conditions
  • Franchising and Commercial Agency
  • Joint Ventures
You will be working with a the Commercial Partner and the team of two other fee earners.
