My client is a reputable law firm based on the outskirts of Central Manchester (easily accessible via tram, bus and driving) who are looking for accounts administrator to join their internal accounts team:-

• Completing standard bank forms - new accounts and new starters
• Sending standard letters to financial institutions
• Maintaining spreadsheets
• Sorting and filing the many monthly bank statements of our clients
• Helping to reconcile some of these to our own records
• Recording regular bank transactions on to our records
• File closing and archiving
• Taking cheques received to the bank and paying them in
• Filing general accounts team paperwork

To be considered you will ideally need to be numerate and accurate and be able to demonstrate a keen attention to detail. You should enjoy working in a team and have strong communication skills. The role will develop over time and will include some legal accounts work. Applications from accounts graduates or junior accounts administrators/assistants will be considered.
