An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Solicitor who covers both Residential and Commercial property matters to join a long established independent law firm in the heart of Worcestershire. The firm seeks an individual to manage an existing busy caseload taking over from a senior individual who is retiring later in the year and to also run their own caseload.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Manage an existing commercial and residential property caseload
- including working for developers as well as individual clients.
- Experience in town and country planning would be advantageous
- Assisting with day to day queries
- Supervising juniors
- Undertaking marketing and promoting of the firm
You will demonstrate strong technical expertise and ideally have some management experience.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established law firm. There will be the opportunity to develop and grow with the firm and be instrumental in the further expansion of firm’s property team.
Our client offers a very flexible working life – with IT systems enabling working from home. The role will be fully supported by an admin team and the beautiful Georgian offices provide parking for all those who work in the office.
