An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a long established independent law firm in the heart of Worcestershire. The firm seeks an individual to manage an existing busy caseload taking over from a senior individual who is retiring later in the year and to also run their own caseload.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will be involved in all aspects of Commercial Property law such as:
- Commercial property and agricultural law
- Acquisitions / Disposals
- Property Finance
- Demonstrable strong technical expertise
- Management of juniors within the firm
- Involvement in business development activities

Our client is looking for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join the firm and work on an existing caseload of interesting, high quality and consistent work which will be handed over from the Senior Solicitor who will be retiring later this year (2021).
The firm is renowned for its flexibility especially during the pandemic – with IT systems enabling working from home. The role will be fully supported by an admin team and the beautiful Georgian offices provide parking for all those who work in the office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established law firm. There will be the opportunity to develop and grow with the firm and be instrumental in the further expansion of firm’s property team.
