JOB TITLE: Company Secretary
EXPERIENCE: 12 Months +
LOCATION: Kent
SALARY: £25,000 - £35,000

THE ROLE This forward thinking legal services group are currently on the lookout for a part time Company Secretary to join them on a 6 month fixed term contract, with possible extension. Ideally, you will be looking for a role for 2-3 days per week and will be available to work the same pattern each week. As Company Secretary you be responsible for assisting with the commercial and corporate team, training junior paralegals and managing the flow of post completion work ensuring filing and stamp duty deadlines are met. There will be a requirement for you to attend the office but there is some flexibility around homeworking. Our client is looking to appoint the successful candidate at short notice.

THE CLIENT: We are working with a dedicated Legal Services Group. They are highly regarded and specialist in Commercial and Corporate work. On offer is a 6 month fixed term contract working on a part time basis. An enviable package comes hand in hand with this position.
