Construction Litigation Associate

The Role

The firm is seeking a Lawyer to join their highly reputable Construction Disputes team.

The firm's Litigation presence is nationally esteemed and is tier 1 ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers and deals with a varied and interesting caseload of contentious and advisory Property work. The firm works with leading developers, investors and clients across a broad range of sectors.

The firm charges well for the work they undertake and provides a strong platform of administrative support for its fee earners, with a team of Paralegals and secretaries in each department.

This role will place you working alongside a team of highly talented professionals who will guide and support you in both your day to day role and towards your career aspirations.

You will run a high quality, varied caseload comprising the full remit of Construction Litigation; including but not limited to:

• Contract Disputes
• Warranty based claims
• Insolvency and payment disputes
• Construction-related professional negligence

Requirements

• You will have at least two years' + PQE in contentious Construction matters
• You will have experience of working on a busy and varied Construction Litigation caseload
• Some experience of Construction Adjudication is desirable but not essential
