Job Details
We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established company who are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their growing department in Leicestershire.
The Role:
The successful candidate will work under Solicitor with conveyancing duties to help progress transactions through the conveyancing pipeline. A paralegal will assist with admin duties.
- Duties will include, but are not limited to;
- Assisting with contract packs
- Enquiries and title checks
- Reviewing search results
- Liaising with clients throughout the transaction,
- Liaising with third-parties including lenders, solicitors, and agents,
- Assisting with the exchange of contracts and completions.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience within a similar position. Experience in handling your own conveyancing cases would be beneficial, but not essential.
