Dispute Resolution Solicitor

This national Legal 100 law firm is looking to hire a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join its leading Sheffield team. 

This team handles a variety of commercial, contractual and corporate disputes, including shareholder and derivative claims and restrictive covenant litigation. They also act for individual clients who benefit from legal expenses insurance as well as working with commercial LEI clients. 

Working as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with this national firm will provide you with the opportunity to work on high value commercial Dispute Resolution cases. You’ll be familiar with the use of litigation, arbitration, mediation or other alternative dispute resolutions such as expert determination. 

To be considered for this role, you must have experience within case preparation, Civil Procedure Rules, client interviewing, advocacy and negotiation skills, professional negligence claims including claims against legal professionals, mediation, debt claims and more.
