Commercial & Charities NQ Solicitor

Our client is one of the UK's leading full-service law firms, with offices in Oxford, London and the South East region. They provide clients with practical and straightforward legal advice whatever their regional, national and international requirements. Their clients range from corporate and high street banks and commercial businesses to not-for-profit organisations and some public sector/government agencies.

The team is well regarded for their work in public sector contracting, commercial outsourcing and joint ventures within a range of sectors.

The firm is seeking a recently qualified Commercial Solicitor to assist on large- and small- scale commercial contracts and projects and also handle their own caseload with appropriate supervision. The role will require you to work closely with a partner and a senior associate who leads the Commercial team in Oxford.

You will be advising on a wide range of commercial contracts including matters related to Fintech, franchising, IP, manufacturing and data protection. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts of various sizes and values and will be encouraged to act as an extension of our clients' in-house legal teams.

This role would suit a candidate with previous experience of working with for a larger commercial practice or a small firm known for its Commercial work.
