JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: Milton Keynes
SALARY: £40-45,000 + DOE

THE ROLE:
This regional firm is looking for a new Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team. Within this role, you will be expected to carry out a broad range of work including work with landlords and tenants, as well as developers and other commercial clients. This role would suit an ambitious individual, passionate to handle a broad mix of commercial real estate work.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2-3 years' PQE dealing with commercial property work. You will have excellent commercial acumen and a decisive and driven nature. You will also have confidence working with a wide variety of clients and will be able to demonstrate a competence in drafting contractual documents. You will be the “go to” person for the firm for all commercial property related queries and will have secretarial support.
