The Role

This firm is looking to hire a Real Estate Finance Solicitor into their flourishing West End, London office.

Joining a highly successful and established team, they are a friendly, commercially-minded, and offer real investment and opportunity to progress. They have an established client base and are particularly popular with entrepreneurs and HNW individuals due to their location and established Lawyers.

The property finance work is of an exceptional quality, and they act for a wide range of lenders and other financial institutions. You will deal with all aspects of Commercial Property, advising HNW investors and corporate clients in connection with commercial property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development) and sales and commercial lease work.

You will deal with individuals and corporations with large property portfolios.

This role comes with excellent investment, support and prospects for progression.

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Solicitor with 3+ years PQE
• You will have excellent technical knowledge, good commercial awareness and have the ambition to want to progress
• You will be the type of candidate who can think commercially and spot business opportunities
• You will enjoy as working in part of a modern, collegiate environment
