The Role:

The firm is looking for a commercially astute, entrepreneurial Partner to join their highly regarded Commercial Litigation team, in their Liverpool office.

You will join an award-winning Commercial Litigation led by a team of heavy-hitting Partners who are seen as leaders in their field, regularly recommended by clients for their reputation and exceptional level of expertise.

Working alongside the existing leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the Commercial Litigation team's growth forward, as the firm continues its expansion into new sectors and geographical regions.

The Commercial Litigation team handles complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, including shareholder disputes, commercial fraud, contract disputes, and banking & finance disputes. The firm's key sector focuses are insurance, e-commerce, and the health and care industry. However, they are continually looking for areas to grow into, and your existing practise doesn't need to fit into these sectors.

Requirements:

* You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to the amount of experience)
* You will either already be a commercially astute, entrepreneurial Partner, with experience leading a successful team and undertaking high-quality work
* You will have first-class communication skills
* A transferable client base or existing contacts is highly advantageous
