Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive looking for a new challenge with a firm where you'll feel valued?

My client is an established high street law firm based just outside Farnham. You’ll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ years PQE) with the ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. This is a key hire, replacing a retiring member of the conveyancing team, with an existing caseload to hand from day one.

You will be active in marketing and business development in order to expand this area of work and gain new clients, building good relationships with referrers in the local area.
