Wills & Probate Solicitor / Legal Executive
A leading private practice in Warrington are looking to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive. Ideally, the successful candidate will have 2 years PQE and experience from a well-respected private practice environment.
Ideally, you will be experienced in a broad range of matters, to include, but not limited to:-
• Preparation of Wills, including those utilising trusts to assist with more complex family situations.
• Preparation of Powers of Attorney to include registration of EPAs
• Court of Protection practice
• Administration of taxable and non-taxable estates
Additional experience with Trusts and Tax planning would be advantageous, but not essential.
