Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor | Great Opportunity

Based in Dorset, our clients conveyancing departments are the most successful within the firm and they have a very stable and secure work flow. They have a new opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor to act as a specialist across the firm with responsibility of handling matters across all the offices. There will be a need to be flexible in terms of travel. 

You will be responsible for handling caseloads of residential files in the absence of fee earners and executives. The conveyancing department has the assistance of legal assistants to help with the progress of the files. You will be handling a mixture of Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Build, Freehold, Leasehold and Un-registered regional conveyancing files, it is therefore essential you have dealt with in a number of these matters.

To be considered for this position you should have at least 3 years experience handling complex and technical conveyancing matters. Applications are encouraged from those who have experience with file audits and compliance.
